BETTER shear pump is designed with high performance for mud processing equipment. It shears the polymers eliminates fish eyes and prevent polymer chaining. Its impeller and casing are made of high wear resistant cast irons, and the high strength pump shaft is lubricated with lubricanting grease to bear a certain load to reduce the shaft’s deflection, so that the pump working life is extended. Particularly, the special structure of the impeller can offer a superior shearing efficiency.

Belt-driven or diesel –driven package are available, including a hopper, mud gun and transfer line orifice plate.
