Slurry Pump’s Structural Features

A.      Grease lubrication, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered, horizontal, high efficiency, wear resistant, stable performance, WARMAN brand parts interchangeability.

B.      Bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller& front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired.

C.      Shaft seal could use the packing seal, centrifugal seal and mechanical seal. One pump also can be use packing seal with expeller seal together.

D.     The discharge side can be positioned at an interval of 45° by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications. The pumps can be operated in series and driven with belt.

E.      There are back vanes on the frame plate and throat bush of the closed impeller, in order to decrease the leakage and improve the pump life.
